We invite you to order a personalized, engraved brick to serve as permanent legacy of the special bond between you and those who are dear to you. You will be inscribed with names and thoughts of your choice and will serve as a lasting tribute to remember or honor loved ones.

 

The paved walkways will consist of two sizes of bricks and three options for locations of the brick to highlight your custom engraving.  Choose from large (8” x 8”) or small (4” x 8”) brick honoring your family, friends, groups and businesses.

INSTRUCTIONS

Please print information exactly as you would like it to appear on the brick. Three lines of text (maximum of 20 characters per line including spaces) are permitted for a 4” X 8” brick. Six lines of text (maximum of 20 characters per line including spaces) are permitted for a 8” X 8” brick.

Military insignia available, if using image, 4” x 8” brick three (3) lines of text become 14 characters per line (-6 characters per line), in 8” x 8” brick, six lines of text become four lines (-2 lines), 20 characters per line remains the same.

Available: Marines, Army, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, Air National Guard & Army National Guard.

Notes: spaces and punctuation are counted as characters. Text will be formatted to the center. If you wish to order more than one brick, a seperate order form will be necessary for each one.
